Dr. Sanjay Swami

Dr. Swami moved to Jacksonville in 2003 after completing his fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Johns Hopkins Allergy and Asthma Center. Dr. Swami is board - certified in allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

Dr. Swami began practicing in Jacksonville in the fall of 2003 and founded First Coast Allergy and Asthma in 2005. He was born and raised in South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina and then obtained his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Swami completed his residency training in internal medicine at Wake Forest University / Baptist Medical Center. He moved to Jacksonville in 2003 after completing his fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Johns Hopkins Allergy and Asthma Center. Dr. Swami is board - certified in allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, a conjoint board of the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Swami has served on the board of the local chapter of the American Lung Association and appeared on local television on several occasions to discuss allergic conditions. He is always interested in speaking to local organizations to provide information about allergies and asthma. Dr. Swami is married to his wonderful wife, Dipu, and has two children: Meera and Devan.

Dr. Swami's hobbies include spending time with his family, listening to music, attending concerts, and watching Gamecock football.

 

Stephanie Collins, PA

Stephanie began practicing as a Physician Assistant in 2004. She obtained a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 2004. She is certified by the NCCPA.

Stephanie began practicing as a Physician Assistant in 2004.  She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of North Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sports Medicine in 2002.  Subsequently, she obtained a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 2004.  She is certified by the NCCPA and maintains her Physician Assistant licensure for the State of Florida.  Stephanie has extensive otolaryngology and primary care experience and has worked with both adult and pediatric patients throughout her career.  Ms. Collins joined our practice in January 2022. She is passionate about providing quality medical care to all of her patients.  Stephanie's areas of interest include:  allergic and nonallergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis and food allergy.  

Stephanie is a Jacksonville native, who enjoys spending time with her family including her two daughters:  Hartley and Blake.  She also enjoys running, going to concerts and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
