Our office is on 14th Street between Nectarine Street and Wal-Mart.  We are located in a brown one-story office complex called 14th Street Professional Plaza.  Quest Labs is also located in our office complex.  We are in Suite A and share office space with Dr. Jeffrey Brink.

From Amelia Island and Yulee

Take A1A towards Fernandina Beach.  You will see an Applebee's on the right and a Shell gas station in front of you.  Take a right at that stoplight onto Sadler Road. Stay in the far left lane and then take a left at the first stoplight onto 14th Street.  Our office is on the left after 0.8 miles.  You will pass Wal-Mart on the left.  You will then pass Steve Johnson Automotive.  Our office complex is on the left immediately after Steve Johnson Automotive.
